6 Children Removed From Home Of Foster Parent
OMAHA, Neb. --
A licensed foster care parent and youth group director has been jailed on suspicion of sexually assaulting two children.

Mark Hild, 43, went before a judge Wednesday and agreed to allow his case to go straight to trial. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child.

Investigators said Hild assaulted an 11- and 13-year-old girl between September and November 2009. They said he knew the girls. Hild is accused of assaulting each girl several times.

Hild works for UPS and is a member of First Christian Church near 66th and Dodge streets. Until Wednesday, he was the church's youth director....


Youth pastor indicted
An Ector County grand jury has indicted a local youth pastor on 10 felony counts, charging him with having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl he counseled at Second Baptist Church of Odessa.

Robert John Weber, 44, 2142 Bonham Ave., was arrested Dec. 29 and released from the Ector County Detention Center the same day on $50,000 bond.

The grand jury last month returned a true bill charging Weber with nine counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The indictment details three sexual encounters Weber reportedly had with the girl in August and October in which he received and performed oral sex....


Minister Pleads Guilty To Child Solicitation
FRANKLIN, Ind. -- A former central Indiana minister pleaded guilty Thursday to felony charges stemming from a sexual relationship he had with a 15-year-old church member.

Former New Whiteland Baptist Church pastor Daniel Moore, 50, pleaded guilty to felony child solicitation and sexual misconduct charges....


Internet 'youth crisis pastor' charged with 68 child pornography counts in Tampa
... Spandorf is charged with 66 counts of possessing child pornography and two counts of intent to distribute child pornography. He remains in jail with bail set at $525,000.

In his online profile on the Tampa-based Biblical Ministries' Web site, Spandorf labels himself as an associate pastor and youth crisis pastor. A bio on the Web site says Spandorf grew up in New York and moved to Orlando when he was 24, eventually settling in the Tampa area.

"He turned to the church out of feeling despair and disappointment in life and he now is a teen counselor," Spandorf's bio said. ...
